The Mayhem lost their first game in front of new ownership and a new interim head coach

MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon Mayhem (12-32) lost to the Pensacola Ice Flyers (25-23) 6-1 on Friday night in front of their home crowd, new ownership, new Team President, and new interim head coach Caleb Cameron.
After the Mayhem announced new ownership Friday morning, the Mayhem were in action Friday night at the Macon Coliseum.
Macon was down one with eight minutes left in the first period, before Billy Jerry scored while falling into the goalie to tie the game at one a piece.
However, the Mayhem would allow five unanswered goals after that to get their 32nd loss on the season.
