Hickory Street in Warner Robins to close for utility work
The closure will be in effect Wednesday, July 1, and Thursday, July 2, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A portion of Hickory Street in Warner Robins will temporarily close this week as crews complete utility construction work, according to the City of Warner Robins.
The closure will be in effect Wednesday, July 1, and Thursday, July 2, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
According to the city, the closure will extend from the entrance to Nu-Way Weiners on Hickory Street to Bernard Drive to allow crews to perform utility tie-in work.
Through traffic will not be permitted in the work zone during the closure.
City officials are encouraging motorists to use alternate routes and use caution when traveling near the construction area.
The City of Warner Robins said it appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation while the infrastructure improvements are completed.
