Gunman robs Wireless Express store in Milledgeville
MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Milledgeville police officers are looking for a gunman who robbed the Wireless Express store Monday morning.
Officers were alerted around 2 a.m. to the store on South Wayne Street.
“An unknown black male, approximately 5’7″, wearing all black clothing with a black mask over his face, entered the business and pulled out a handgun,” Maj. Mike Hudson said.
According to a news release, customers were inside the business at the time of the robbery.
“He made all the customers in the store get down on the ground, then the suspect went behind the counter, grabbed a black plastic bag, and left the store with an undisclosed amount of money,” Hudson said.
No one was injured during the case.
