Gubernatorial candidate Keisha Lance Bottoms hosting Warner Robins meet and greet tonight

Bottoms is hosting a meet and greet with local elected officials and community members at AFGE Local 987 in Warner Robins as a part of her Standing Up for Georgia Tour.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The campaign trail for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Keisha Lance Bottoms is passing through Middle Georgia tonight.

Bottoms is hosting a meet and greet with local elected officials and community members at AFGE Local 987 in Warner Robins as a part of her Standing Up for Georgia Tour. Bottoms says she wants to hear from voters about how she can best represent them, particularly veterans in Middle Georgia who may be impacted by Trump administration policies.

“I’m so happy to be back here,” Bottoms said. “I used to work in Macon, so it’s great to be back and hear from people directly on what it is that I can do as governor, what our administration can do to make their lives easier.” 

The event kicks off at 6 p.m. and is open to the public.
