Gray family raises money to send cerebral palsy son to Clemson
GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- A Gray man who has cerebral palsy was accepted into Clemson University and is raising the tuition money.
Marcus Wooten’s family does not have the money to make his long time dream come true. For the last two years, he has worked at the Stone Brooke senior living facility in Gray doing maintenance and helping with seniors’ activities.
He says once he steps foot on Clemson’s campus, he plans to major in nursing.
His family is reaching out to the community for financial help.
To help send Marcus off to school, you can visit his Facebook page called “Miracle for Marcus” and also check out fundraising events.
