Grant Money Helps Keep Kids in Dodge County Schools

One Middle Georgia school district kicks off the year with some extra money in its wallet. Tuesday AT&T presented the Dodge County Board of Education with $100,000.

The money is part of the companies “Aspire Initiativeand it’s the final installment of a $400,000 grant to help support at-risk ninth graders. The money has been used to improve high school retention rates among Dodge County students.
