Grains Futures, Livestock Prices Trade Mixed

CHICAGO (AP) – Grains futures traded mixed Monday on the Chicago
Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery jumped 14 cents to $7.93 a bushel;
March corn slid 5.5 cents to $5.68 a bushel; March oats gained 5
cents to $3.72 a bushel; while soybeans for January delivery
dropped 11.75 cents to $12.885 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures also traded mixed on the Chicago
Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle edged up 0.05 cent to $1.0642 a pound;
March feeder cattle added 0.18 cent to $1.1965 a pound; February
lean hogs dropped 1.32 cents to 75.25 cents a pound; while February
pork bellies were flat at $1.0450 a pound.
