GPB Airs Final Interview of Dr. Dallemand as Bibb County Schools Superintendent
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — For the first time, we’re hearing Doctor Romain Dallemand’s thoughts on leaving his post as superintendent of Bibb County Schools.
Georgia Public Broadcasting has aired and published on it’s website what amounts to his exit interview. On his last day on the job, Dallemand suggested he had no regrets about starting the Mandarin Chinese program and said he hopes the work he started will go on without him as the school district’s leader.
The interview was conducted by journalism professor, Lan Trinh, from the City University of New York, who was in Macon filming a documentary on the district’s Mandarin Chinese program when Dallemand and school board members agreed to part ways.
