Governor Kemp issues State of Emergency due to Hurricane Ian

Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Governor Brian Kemp issued a state of emergency for all counties in Georgia Tuesday to prepare for hurricane Ian’s impact predicted to take place this week.

The state of emergency goes into effect starting 7 a.m. on Thursday, and will continue until midnight on Friday, October 28th.
