Governor Kemp appoints former Bibb County school board member to State Board of Education

ATLANTA, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Governor Brian Kemp swore-in a former Bibb County School District board member as the State Board of Education.

Governor Brian Kemp appointed Jason Downey to his new role.

He served on Bibb County School District’s Board of Education from 2013 to 2016.
