GMC Men’s Golf in 2nd place in the NJCAA D-III National Championships
The Georgia Military College Men's Golf team sits in second place +22 at the NJCAA D-III National Championship

CHAUTAUQUA, New York – (41NBC/WMGT) – Last year, the Georgia Military College Men’s golf team finished in second place in the NJCAA junior college D-III National Championships. This year, GMC is looking to get over the hump and win it all in upstate New York.
GMC sits in second place at 22 over par and 33 strokes back of the leaders after shooting a 295 collectively Thursday.
A big reason GMC was able to almost match their low from Wednesday was because of the play of Brady Wentz, who shot an incredible 68 to bring his total to Even par through three rounds.
After a tough first round, Wentz sits in third place for now just 5 strokes back of the leader.
The fourth and final round of these national championships will play out Friday morning.
