GMC Athlete Charged with Sexual Battery

According to Captain Swicord with the Milledgeville Police Department, 20 year old Jamal Rashaad Tyler was arrested around 3:30 Sunday morning. Tyler is a Running Back for the Georgia Military College.

Tyler is charged with Sexual Battery. Swicord says Tyler met the victim Saturday night and allegedly assaulted her at the College Station Apartments. The victim is a student at Georgia College and State University.

Tyler is being held at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
