Giveaway Thursday offers food to Macon residents

Teeger Entertainment announced that the company and its partners will give away free cabbage on Thursday, May 15th.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Teeger Entertainment has announced that the company and its partners will give away free cabbage on Thursday, May 15.

The company says all community members are welcome at the event. It’s scheduled to start at 3 p.m. in the Henderson Stadium parking lot on 2172 Anthony Road.

Manager of Teeger Entertainment, Al Tillman, says he’s excited to keep working with the company’s partners on events like this.

“We are excited to give back to our community,” he said.” Henderson Stadium is here for all types of events. We are looking forward to feeding our community.”

According to a news release, the giveaway is a joint effort between Teeger Entertainment and several partners, including Macon-Bibb Small Business Affairs, the Society of Saint Andrew and Gold Mouf.
