Gifted Culture aims to empower future leaders

There will be free giveaways, games, educational opportunities, prizes, food and entertainment.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Gifted Culture will be hosting the inaugural Gifted Culture Day in Macon.

Gifted Culture Day will be June 1 at New Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church  from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be free giveaways, games, educational opportunities, prizes, food and entertainment.

Ahmad Barron, Founder and CEO of Gifted Culture, says the event is for current leaders to interact with future leaders.

Barron says the day is about celebrating the brand’s mission, story and core values. The event aims to empower local youth to serve in the community and use their talents to excel and make a difference.

Gifted Culture Day is a tribute to Barron’s sister who died from cerebral palsy. Barron says that the mission of Gifted Culture is to inspire others to recognize and utilize their gifts so they can shine a light in the world like his sister did.
