Willis suggests giving experiences or memories as gifts this year as opposed to toys or clothes. She says those gifts are something you’re going to remember for the rest of your life.

If you want to give a gift, Willis suggests giving something that the person will use, like a gift card. She says food and drinks also make good gifts. Willis says the idea is to give a gift that will be eventually used up and not clutter up your home.
