MIDDLE GEORGIA – (41NBC/WMGT) – Here are scores from Quarterfinal Round of the GIAA State Baseball Championships:

Class AAAA:

FPD swept Stratford (7-1, 6-5) to advance to the Semifinals. The Vikings will host Athens Christian next Friday, May 23.

Tattnall Square swept Strong Rock Christian (9-2, 9-6) at home to advance to the Semifinals. The Trojans will head to Columbus to face Brookstone next Friday, May 23.

Class AA:

Brentwood is swept by Gatewood (9-0, 10-0) to end the War Eagles season.
