Georgia Strawberry Festival happening this weekend, featuring new event

REYNOLDS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The annual Georgia Strawberry Festival is happening this weekend and there is a new event for attendees.
Event organizer Nicole Acree says this event is free and open to the community. The festival is April 25-26 in Reynolds.
On April 25, there will be a gospel concert and picnic at Julian Knight Park. The event begins at 6 p.m.
There will be concession stands at the event selling BBQ plates, hotdogs, and strawberry shortcake.
On April 26, the festival will have events from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. There will also be free public transit from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
