Georgia representative initiates ‘Get out to Vote’ rally
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — With elections a week away, state representatives are making their way around Middle Georgia to ensure locals are voting.
Georgia Representative and Republican Heath Clark initiated a “Get Out to Vote” rally in Warner Robins Monday.
Supporters, local officials, and special guest Georgia House Speaker David Ralston rallied around Clark for his work done. Clark supports Robins Air Force Base and a pay increase for teachers.
Clark says whether you re-elect him for District 147 or vote for his opponent, Democrat Stephen Baughier — vote.
“Locally, at the state level with redistricting coming up in the next term it is going to be a big election all the way down the ballot,” Clark said. “People need to vote all the way down. Make sure they do their research and vote for me when they get all the way down the ballot.”
