Georgia Professional Standards Commission will not reopen Dallemand case
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Doctor Romain Dallemand’s case with the Georgia Professional Standards Commission will not be reopened.
That’s according to GPSC officials.
After his teaching certificate was taken away in October, Dallemand had a chance to appeal the decision. He had to respond within 30 days, but didn’t do it.
Because he was late, the GPSC will not hear the case unless a judge decides to re-open it.
John Grant, the chief investigator with the GPSC, says Dr. Dallemand may never be able to teach again in the US.
