Georgia Peach Festival returns to Fort Valley, Byron
There will be a parade, live music, food vendors, the world's largest peach cobbler and more.
PEACH COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- The Georgia Peach Festival returns to Fort Valley and Byron.
Tisa Horton, President of the Georgia Peach Festival, says there will be a parade, live music, and food vendors. There will also be arts and crafts, music, fireworks, and the world’s largest peach cobbler.
Attendees can go to the peach wagon and pick peaches for $5 per bag.
“We all come together and have a good time, enjoy music, have good food, and just be around good people,” says Horton.
The 38th annual Georgia Peach Festival begins Saturday in Fort Valley and will continue next weekend in Byron.
