Georgia National Fairgrounds to host a food services job fair

The Georgia National Fairgrounds is hiring, and you don’t need any experience to apply.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A food services job fair will be held Wednesday July 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rockers Roost Restaurant on the fairgrounds. Organizers are looking to fill several positions ahead of the Georgia National Fair, which opens in less than 90 days.

Jobs include cooks, cashiers and catering staff. All positions offer flexible training and work hours.

Anyone planning to apply must have a driver’s license and Social Security card. Applications are required to be considered for a job.

The fairgrounds run a full restaurant and four food stands during the fair, which draws hundreds of thousands of people each year to Perry for family-friendly fun.
