Georgia chef showcases southern tailgate cuisine, offers tips for easy cooking

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Football season is here and tailgating is in full swing. One Georgia chef says when cooking for a tailgate, it’s important to keep your dish easy and enjoyable.

Owner of On Site Mobile Cook and Sip, Kia Bolton, says she began cooking nearly a decade ago. Bolton says her go-to tailgating food is loaded potato skins.

Bolton says she encourages people to prepare ahead of time to make the process run smoother and enjoy the tailgate.

Bolton says if someone is needing an easy recipe then make buffalo chicken dip. Bolton adds to save time and get rotisserie chicken.
