Genghis Grill hosts Penny for a Pound

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – You child can pay for their food at the Genghis Grill on Bowman Road with pennies!

Children 12 and under can participate in the Penny for a Pound event. This allows kids to pay a penny for each pound they weigh for a bowl of food. So if your child weighs 40 pounds, they would give the restaurant 40 pennies.

This event is every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If you want to eat during that time, but don’t want to participate in the event, your child can pay a $1.00 instead.

The store is open every Sunday – Thursday  from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

And every Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
