FVPD arrests man in connection to home invasion
Officers responded to the 200 block of Lawn Street after they say Greg Love broke into a home.
FORT VALLEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Fort Valley Police Department says it arrested a man in connection to a home invasion.
According to a recent post on the Fort Valley Police Department Facebook page, officers responded to the 200 block of Lawn Street after they say Greg Love broke into a home there.
They say he ran from the scene before they arrived, but after searching the area with the help of Peach County Sheriff deputies, they found Love and him arrested him.
Officers say the suspect was in possession of a firearm and more than 800 grams of MDMA.
Love is charged with the Burglary in the first degree, Obstruction of Officer, Trafficking Schedule 1 drug, Possession of Firearm during certain crimes and Possession of Firearm by convicted Felon.
