Friends and Family Question Brown’s Suicide

Today, the news of former State Senator Robert Brown’s suicide is still fresh in the minds of friends and family. All those who knew Brown are consumed by the question of why he took his own life.

“That I am still wrestling with, because I knew him as a very strong individual,” says Pastor Walter Glover, Greater Zion Hill Baptist Church.

He was a powerful politician who was also known for his discretion.

“Robert was a very private person,” says Judge William Randall.
