Freudenberg expands in Macon-Bibb County

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Freudenberg is expanding its existing business in Macon-Bibb County.

The recycling company has been in the Industrial Allied Park for more than 20 years.
Chairman of the Macon-Bibb Industrial Authority says Freudenberg’s decision to stay and grow in the county, proves the city has the right workforce strategy and leadership to assist in the industry.

“This is a new emerging model of recycling that captures some of the technology that we’re supporting right here in Macon-Bibb that will pay dividends well into the future,” says Chairman of Macon-Bibb Industrial Authority Cliffard Whitby.

Freudenberg has been in Macon-Bibb since 1986.
