Fox City Witches Ride to benefit United in Pink, offer resources for breast cancer patients

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Fox City Witches Ride is set to return to downtown Forsyth, benefiting United in Pink.

United in Pink is a local nonprofit supporting breast cancer survivors and their families. The event is on October 25 at 5:30 p.m.

The half-mile walk is a time for participants to dress in witch-themed attire and join a “whimsical walk” through the historic district.

The ride will commence at The Den, located at 84 E. Johnston Street, with registration opening at 5 p.m. Following the ride, a festive afterparty will feature food trucks, a live DJ, costume contests, and raffle prizes. Awards will be presented for categories such as Best Dressed Witch, Best Decorated Broom, and Best Group Theme.

This marks the fourth year of the Fox City Witches Ride, which has previously raised significant funds for United in Pink.
