Fourth Arrest made in Aggravated Assault incident in West Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- On Saturday November 21, 2015 the Macon Bibb Sheriff’s department arrested a fourth person in connection to an aggracated assault that occured at Youngs Grocery back on August 24.

Damien Fryer, age 23, of Macon was arrested at the Triangle Package Store located at 3564 Napier avenue, after deputies were dispached there for shoplifting.

In total, he is charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, criminal street gang activity, 2 counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer, shoplifting, possession of marjuana, and probation violation.

He is currently at the bibb County LEC and no bond has been set.

Fryer was the fourth person arrested in connection to a shooting at Youngs Grocery on August 24.

The other three, 21 year old Donte Andrews, 25 year old Dontavis Jackson, and Rodney Roquemore Jr, were all arrested on similar charges and all three are being held on $22,200 bond.
