Four arrested after gunpoint robbery of Amazon delivery driver in Bibb County
Deputies responded just after 10:30 a.m. to the 4200 block of Roy Avenue after receiving a report that several individuals approached a delivery driver who was attempting to make a delivery to a home.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Four people were arrested in connection with an armed robbery involving an Amazon delivery driver Saturday morning, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded just after 10:30 a.m. to the 4200 block of Roy Avenue after receiving a report that several individuals approached a delivery driver who was attempting to make a delivery to a home.
Investigators said the driver asked for a one-time passcode required to complete the delivery, but the female recipient of the package was unable to provide the code. While the driver attempted to resolve the issue, three other individuals approached him.
According to the sheriff’s office, one of the males pointed a gun at the driver and demanded the package. The suspects then took the package and fled into the home.
The news release stats that when deputies arrived at the home, they received a description of the suspects. Deputies made contact with the homeowner, and they were able to detain all suspects who were inside home. The gun used during the robbery was recovered.
Authorities identified the suspects as 35-year-old Tiffini Pittman, 18-year-old Aaminah Murphy, 17-year-old Tyquavious Mason and a 16-year-old male juvenile.
Murphy and Mason are each charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.
Pittman is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, interference with government property and five counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
The 16-year-old male juvenile is charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, interference with government property, possession of a firearm by a minor and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was transported to a Regional Youth Detention Center.
Murphy, Mason and Pittman were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. The investigation is ongoing.
