Former Parkland officer arrested for inaction appears in court

A judge ruled that Scot Peterson, a former Parkland, Florida, officer facing charges for his inaction in last year’s school shooting, must post a $102,000 bond, wear an ankle monitor and surrender his passport before his jail release. NBC’s Kerry Sanders reports for TODAY.
