Former Monroe Co. Principal, Parlier, Faces Theft Charges

Former K.B. Sutton Elementary Principal, Joseph Parlier is accused of spending Monroe County education funds on himself.

Parlier served as the principal of K.B. Sutton Elementary School for two years.

When the school board notified authorities in early June, deputies discovered more than $6,000 in fraudulent items claimed on travel vouchers that were reimbursed to him.
