Flood Watch issued for all of Middle Georgia

Heavy rain is expected to impact Middle Georgia over the weekend. Some areas of Middle Georgia could possibly see 2-4″ of rainfall through early next week.
With already saturated soils in parts of Georgia, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch through Sunday at 7pm. Both localized and river flooding will be possible through Sunday. Remember, if you see flooding on roadways, turn around, don’t drown!
