Fishing season begins at Javors Lucas Lake
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Fishing season is underway at Macon Water Authority’s Javors Lucas Lake.
The lake will be open on weekends through the end of June and again from September to the end of October. The lake will be closed for public fishing during the months of July and August, Memorial Day and Labor Day.
A seasonal pass to fish by boat is $100, and $50 by shore. The daily fee by boat is $10, and $5 by shore. Only boats with electric and trolling motors are allowed on the lake.
