Fireworks over Forsyth set for this weekend

Attendees are encouraged to enjoy local vendors and bring a lawn chair.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Forsyth Main Street is hosting Fireworks over Forsyth on July 6. There will be food trucks, live music and a firework show.

TaKeimia “Kemie” Childs says the event is free and open to everyone.

NuWave Band will begin at 7:30 p.m. Childs says the band is a family friendly, high energy, 80’s Tribute Band.

The firework show will begin at 9:30 p.m. and the concert will resume after.
