Final Brooks Community Center forum Thursday
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Thursday night is your final chance to share your input on ways to improve the Delores A. Brooks Community Center in East Macon.
WM2A is working on a master plan for the recreation center and is looking for your help at the forum.
The Macon-Bibb County Recreation Department moved the meeting to the Rosa Jackson Community Center on Maynard Street.
Its set to start at 6pm and will go on until 8pm.
The Brooks Community Center is getting $2.4 million from the voter-approved 2018 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
WM2A is expected to present a final drawing to the public before presenting it to the Macon-Bibb Commission.
