BREAKING| Female shot in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A female was shot in Macon Monday, according to Sergeant Clay Williams with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.

It happened around 5 p.m. on Cynthia Weirs Road in southwest Macon.

The victim was taken to Medical Center, Navicent Health.

This incident is under investigation.
