Federal Court Judge subpoenas Former Bibb County School Superintendent to court

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A federal court judge is giving former Bibb County School Superintendent, Dr. Romain Dallemand 30 days to testify.

Security at one of the district high schools is in question.

Dallemand reportedly fled to Haiti following an audit of the board of education.

Attorneys Jarome Gautreaux and Brad Wilson are suing the Bibb county school district.

The video deposition is scheduled for sometime in July near Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.

“We have made numerous attempts to contact him by leaving phone messages for him also attempting to serve him with a federal express personally notice, to which he has not responded,” said Wilson.

One of the conditions of Dallaman’s buyout from the Bibb county School District, was that he would cooperate with the district by making himself available. But, Wilson says he has failed to do so.
