Fatty’s Pizza temporarily closes two Macon locations
Fatty’s did not provide a specific reopening date but said it will share updates on its social media pages.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Fatty’s Pizza has temporarily closed two of its Macon locations as the restaurant works to strengthen its management team, rebuild its staff and retrain employees.
The affected locations are:
- 587 Cherry St.
- 3955 Arkwright Road
In a social media post, Fatty’s Pizza said the temporary closure is part of an effort to improve the customer experience.
“We’re temporarily closed while we strengthen management, rebuild our team, and retrain staff to deliver the quality and hospitality y’all deserve,” the restaurant said.
The restaurant is also hiring as it works to rebuild its team. A separate post said Fatty’s is looking for cashiers and kitchen crew members who are friendly, outgoing and focused on customer service.
Fatty’s encouraged people interested in applying to message the restaurant.
