Farah & Farah launches laptop giveaway for Georgia high school seniors
A Macon-based personal injury law firm is investing in Georgia students by giving away free laptops to help them prepare for college.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Farah & Farah has relaunched its Empowering Greatness Scholarship program in Georgia. The initiative will award five high school seniors new laptops valued at more than $1,000 each to support their academic journeys.
The program is open to students who attend a Title 1 school in Georgia. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance, meaningful community involvement, and submit an essay.
Alex Fadoul, a litigation attorney with the firm, says the program is about more than technology, it’s about opportunity.
“Their passion and their conviction is their fuel, and these tools are the vehicle that allows them to get to where they need to be in life,” Fadoul said. “This program is about giving students those tools so they can use their energy and passion to succeed.”
Applications are open through March 31, 2026. Winners will be announced in April and May.
Since launching the scholarship program in 2020, Farah & Farah has assisted 40 students with funding totaling more than $200,000.
