Family Dollar store robbed in west Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – An armed masked man robbed Family Dollar store located at 4625 Mercer University Drive Thursday night.

The incident happened around 9:49 p.m. The suspect entered the store with two handguns and demanded money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he ran off.

He is described as slender, 6 feet tall and was last seen wearing all black.
