Family Dollar robbed at gunpoint in Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two men who robbed the Family Dollar on Houston Ave. Thursday night.

Investigators say two men entered the store around 9:30 p.m. One suspect, carrying a shotgun, demanded money from the store’s clerks. The other suspect went through the store looking for customers.

After getting cash, the suspects fled on foot. Both suspects had their faces covered.
