Eastman man arrested for brother’s murder

The GBI has arrested 27 year old Andrew Taylor of Eastman.

EASTMAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- The GBI has arrested 27-year-old Andrew Taylor of Eastman on one count of felony murder and one count of aggravated assault.

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Dodge County Deputies responded  to a shooting on Wilson Woodard Road around 2 a.m. on March 18.

When deputies arrived on scene, they found 24 year old Zachary John Taylor suffered from a gun shot wound.

Zachary Taylor was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

Investigators determined that Andrew shot Zachary after a fight broke out between the brothers.

The investigation is ongoing.
