Early voting in Houston County special election run-off underway

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Early voting for the next State Representative of House District 146 started Monday.

The special run-off election is between Shaw Blackmon and Larry Walker. The winner will fill the unexpired term of House Majority Leader Representative Larry Walker.

Houston County residents can cast their ballots at the Board of Elections office or at Central Georgia Technical College.

Early voting ends August 7. Election Day is August 11.
