Dublin Battles Central In Thursday Night High School Football

MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Dublin Fighting Irish defeated the Central Chargers at Ed DeFore Sports Complex Thursday night on the Chargers senior night 54-0 in GHSA Region 2 Class A Division I play.

Dublin remains tied at the top of the region standings as they host a team they are tied with, the Dodge County Indians, in the regular season finale at the Shamrock Bowl on Halloween.

Central looks for their first win since October 2023, when they head to Cochran to face region opponent, Bleckley County, to end their regular season.
