What is ASD?
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior. People with ASD may have difficulty interacting with others, understanding social cues, and expressing their emotions. They may also have repetitive behaviors or interests.
There is no cure for ASD, but there are treatments that can help people with the disorder live full and productive lives. Early intervention is especially important, as it can help children with ASD reach their full potential.
