Dublin Florist Delivers Bouquets of Flowers and ‘Smiles’ to Nursing Homes

DUBLIN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Armed with smiley face mugs and fresh flowers, Randy Stone and his crew at Classic Florist and Home Décor in Dublin rolled up on their target: unsuspecting senior citizens.

Stone’s mission is to deliver 324 bouquets of flowers to five nursing home/hospice locations in Laurens County over the course of a week. He accomplished that and more by Tuesday afternoon.

“Flowers bring joy to people, no matter what the occasion is,” Stone said.

His shop donated the time and flowers and Teleflora provided the mugs. This year, most of the flowers went to patients at Dublinair Nursing Home.
