Dry weather arrives Wednesday after a rainy start to the week
Middle Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Ready for drier weather? It’s coming shortly. After a high amount of rain yesterday, mostly in the evening, today also features isolated storms in the Middle Georgia area. Most of them will form in the afternoon, though some morning showers aren’t out of the question. Unlike yesterday evening, this evening will be quieter as cloud cover decreases in the area, leading into a beautiful sunny morning on Wednesday.
The chance for severe weather is marginal, meaning an isolated severe storm is possible, with wind gusts being the main concern. Otherwise, the majority of thunderstorms will be your typical summer storms.
A dry air mass settles in the southeast tomorrow, limiting the possibility for rain. Lots of sun, little rain, and lower humidity will be featured from Wednesday through Friday.
