Downed power lines in Perry causing traffic delays

The impacted intersection is near Highway 127 and Langston Road.

PERRY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Drivers in Perry can expect delays Wednesday morning due to downed power lines after Tuesday night’s storms.

The Perry Police Department posted on its Facebook page alerting drivers of the downed lines across Highway 127 near the intersection of Langston Road.

Police are asking drivers to avoid coming to the intersection. Traffic is being diverted from Highway 127 onto Highway 127 Loop and Commodore Drive.
