Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Searching for Two Inmate Escapees

Two inmates, Michael Chapman and Jimmy Gray, from the Bleckley County Probation Detention Center escaped from a work site today.

Captain Tony Winborn of the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says the men were working at a road site on Dodge Avenue in the city of Eastman. The men took off just after 12pm.

Captain Winborn says the Eastman Police, and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office are assisting the Department of Corrections in the investigation.
