Asking For The Publics Assistance In Identifying Suspect In Connection With A Theft Investigation

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in connection with a theft at North Macon Park.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the theft happened around 10:24 p.m. September 25 at the park, located at 815 N. Macon Park Drive.

Investigators say a man entered a concession stand while the park was closed and took merchandise before leaving the area on foot.

The suspect was wearing a black short-sleeve hooded T-shirt, dark-colored pants and sneakers.

The investigation remains ongoing.
